Mr. Calabrigo brings extensive leadership experience and a strong academic background to the Company. He holds an MBA from the University of Idaho and a BA from Simon Fraser University. Mr. Calabrigo began his career as Vice President of Consolidated Cinola Mines Ltd. (later City Resources Canada Ltd.), where he oversaw the completion of a Final Feasibility Study for the Cinola Gold Deposit—proving up 25 million ounces of gold—and helped secure more than USD $10 million in project financing. He also played a key role in the company’s listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Between 1993 and 2003, Mr. Calabrigo gained further experience in private investment banking. From 2004 to 2007, he served as President of Magnum d’Or Resources, focusing on premium base and precious metal assets in Mongolia and leading complex exploration initiatives, including detailed drilling programs. Since 2008, he has continued his work in private investment banking, utilizing his industry knowledge to guide investment strategies and financial planning. Mr. Calabrigo’s strategic insight and proven track record in resource development and corporate finance will be significant assets to the Company’s leadership team.

Mr. Cornish is an international public company CFO. Mr. Cornish holds an MBA from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax where he also earned his CPA designation. Paired with his HR designation, Mr. Cornish is skilled at incorporating many facets of business into his role to maximize his overall value to a company. Mr. Cornish has served as a CFO and Director for a number of companies listed on the TSXV and the CSE over the past several years.

Mr. O’Mahony is a graduate of the University of Guelph Lang School of Commerce in Economics. He has extensive experience in the field of logistics and e-commerce, having spent many years working as a Strategic Development Account Executive in the Express Shipping industry, as well as a high-level controller for a national and international cargo airline. Mr. O’Mahony is a veteran of Canadian Armed Forces. While in the forces, he developed strong leadership and management skills from operating as a Tactical Helicopter Pilot and Commissioned Officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force.

Ms. Patterson has over 10 years' experience within the mining/mineral processing industry focused on analysis, Extractive Metallurgy, and Chemistry. She began her career working for the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines (“MNDM”) where she quantitatively analyzed geological samples in order to profile their value and mineral composition. Following her time with MNDM, Ms. Patterson specialized in Extractive Metallurgy at Glencore SINO (formerly Xstrata; XPS). Her contributions to the in-house Nickel Smelter as well as independent clients worldwide helped design, monitor and optimize their process’. Ms. Patterson holds an Advanced Diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology from Cambrian College.

Mr. Tsoutsis brings over 20 years of experience in finance and capital markets. He has previously served as an investment advisor with leading firms such as Mackie Research, Jordan Capital Markets, and Canaccord Capital Corp. Throughout his career, Mr. Tsoutsis has specialized in the development, restructuring, and financing of venture capital companies, raising over CDN$30 million for public and private enterprises globally.
